SHIPPING

At Katharine Pooley, we understand the importance of receiving your purchases in good time, we have tailored our delivery services to suit your individual needs.

If the items are not in stock the customer will be contacted and a special order arranged as soon as possible.

Items will be dispatched once payment has been approved and delivery/billing address has been verified.

Katharine Pooley offers the following options with regards to shipment.

Individual Shipping UK Only

Standard delivery UK – By 5pm the following day of order

Premium delivery UK – By 12am the following day of the order.

Shipping costs for a product are based upon the weight and/or price of your item i.e. categories A-G.

The costs will be reviewed on an ongoing basis and is subject to change at any time, this does not affect your statutory rights.

Multiple Shipping UK Only

The table below is only applicable to multiple purchases of items from the UK.

Standard delivery UK – By 5pm the following day of order

Premium delivery UK – By 12am the following day of the order.

World Shipping

Katharine Pooley will ship to anywhere in the world. Shipping costs will be based upon the size, weight and destination of the item a consumer is wishing to purchase and ultimately deliver to. Please contact us and we will provide you with an accurate quotation.

Wherever possible we will look at the individual needs of the customer and their shipping requirements. All shipments require a signature.

We will endeavor to deliver your items as soon as possible; shipping to all major international cities will take a minimum of 14 days. Please be aware that your patience may be requested for those harder to reach destinations.

Delivery

Orders can be delivered to either business or residential addresses. To ensure your order reaches you safely a signature is required at the delivery address in exchange for the order. Should the delivery address be unattended at the time of delivery, a delivery card will be left in the letterbox-advising customer to contact the shipping company to arrange a time for the order to be delivered. Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.

Insurance

Katharine Pooley will take out insurance for items that are priced over £2000. Should damage occur Katharine Pooley LTD will be liable for goods damaged in transit. Once the item(s) have been signed for the consumer takes liability for any damages. Katharine Pooley LTD will look at each case in turn should damage to an item occur.

Glass is not insured. Katharine Pooley LTD will be responsible for glass-based products until the item is signed for on delivery, it is then the consumers' responsibility if an item is damaged after delivery is accepted.

Katharine Pooley LTD will review insurance policy on a constant basis and as a result this policy is subject to change without notice, this does not affect your statutory rights.

Summary

Should a customer miss a delivery it is then the customers responsibility to re-arrange delivery or alternatively to pick this item up from an assigned collection point.

Once the customer has signed for the item it has been accepted and checked. Katharine Pooley LTD is no longer liable for any damages or claims against the item.
